Review jacquard suit
Not only did my wonderful man get me the hottest pair of heels for Valentine’s Day, he got me this super snappy vintage-ish Review suit to go with them.

And while we’re at it, here’s some corset goodness I came across during my morning blogroll:

New lingerie love!
September 17, 2008
I was silly enough to walk into Dirty Pretty Things today, and – as always – Melissa found me that something special to cheer up my day! (In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to walk out of there without buying something delightfully decadent.)
I haven’t come across this lingerie label before, but Bien Fée Pour Toi was love at first fitting!
So innocent and and irresistibly cute. I love the little bows and the loveheart shaped bum on the culotte is just adorable! The straps detach so the bra can be worn strappless or as a halterneck. The bra shapes a perfect 50′s bust and looks incredible under a tight jumper.
I love the new set just as much as I love the store I got it from!

Clothes to snare a millionaire

I can’t believe I have not come across Wheels & Dollbaby before! Absolutely every item in the Sydney store was made for a 1950s pinup fetishist like me!
Funny thing was that as soon as I walked in the store, they offered me a job – apparently they’re looking for full time staff and according to them I ‘certainly looked the part!’. For a split second I was tempted to ask how good the staff discount was…
Channelling my inner Domestic Goddess

For some reason I just find the whole 1950s housewife idea so incredibly attractive. I love the clothes, lingerie, hairstyle, makeup, and I – of course – absolutely adore the shoes!
I have just realised that I lack an apron. Now how much more appealing is housework if you think about prancing around the house in stiletto pumps and a sexy lil apron during?
I just can’t decide between the two three of these:
Bloglove: “I kissed a Fug”
September 13, 2008
I have to admit that when I first became aware of Katy Perry, I adored her. I really liked the song and I absolutely loved the way she was styled in all her promo shots.
It took about two weeks for the song to get REALLY worn out, and now it makes me cringe. Also, her outfits sans stylist are really not that shit hot.
This is probably why I was so highly amused by Go Fug Yourself’s post on her:
I Kissed a Fug

I fugged a girl and I liked it.
Bad taste, stupid outfit.
I fugged a girl just to try it.
Hope her PR don’t mind it.
It looked so wrong
It felt so right.
At least she’s not wearing hotpants tonight
I fugged a girl and I liked it.
No, you don’t even know my name
It doesn’t matter.
Your attention-seeking game
Is mere celebrity nature.
It’s just what
These girls do
It’s how they all behave
My head gets so confused
Brain feels concave.
I fugged a girl and I liked it.
I could not stand her outfit.
I fugged a girl just to try it.
Hope her PR don’t mind it.
It looked so wrong
It felt so right.
She wants attention tonight
I fugged a girl and I liked it.
I liked it.
